The Operational Coherence, Resilience & Impact five-part seminar is a carefully curated product that integrates elements into our copyrighted Resilience framework. In this seminar, you will learn and practice applying the tools in order to achieve organizational 1) operational coherence, 2) resilience, and 3) social impact.
Operational coherence is a characterization of the optimal performance of an entity when the five primary organizational frames (i.e., symbolic, political, human resource, leadership, and structural/systemic) are aligned. This congruence is inextricably linked and even a determinant of the entity’s goal achievement ability.
This is a practice learning-based approach. You are encouraged to be a problem of practice your organization is grappling with OR utilize a simulated Northstar/”desired future state” to contextualize and support our practice learning experience.
